RETURN POLICY
ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED
Please note: all returns, regardless of reason, must first be
approved by Impact Industries before we will accept them. Once
approved, returns must be shipped back in the same condition as
received, with all original pieces intact inside the original
manufacturer's packaging. Failure to send returns back in this
manner may result in a refusal of the return. Products may be
refunded within 30 days with the original sales receipt in the
condition/terms stated above. Products that show evident signs
of tampering will not be refunded. Customer will assume a 10%
restocking fee and is responsible for the return shipping and
